On the 25th May 2012 I made purchases totaling $27.09 at Walmart in Rancho Cordova.
On arriving home I found after checking the goods against the payslip I found I had been over charged by $1.00.
I made a phone call to the store and was told that all I had to do was bring in the receipt that day or the next to get the difference back.
Now Walmart policy is that if yo get over charged they will pay you either $3.00 or get the item free of charge so the next day I went back and spoke to the customer service female assistant who told met the item was placed under a cheaper sign by other staff.
I asked for the general manager and in turn she shok her head and said ” it seems the $1.00 means so much to you I will refund it to you”
Not only does this person need retraining in the art of customer service but also in manners.
